This year I am co-teaching with Miss Frank for periods 3 and 4, Intensive Reading 7.  I will also be teaching with Miss Zangari during period 6B, English 8

Period 2- English 9-12

Daily:  Daily Warm Up Language Series
Begin Unit on Mail Order and Catalogs: pgs. 1-15

Period 7- Current Events 7-8 
Scholastic News: Would you Eat this for Breakfast?, Place in the News: Kentucky, Holiday History, Numbers in the News, Be A Quiz Whiz- read and watch feature videos for articles in this week's magazines, discuss, complete related vocab. and comprehension activities


Period 8- Current Events 9-12
Channel One News- Students view Channel One News Daily, classroom discussion points occur daily based on current news topics within the newscast, Word of the Day focus within each newscast; Weekly News Portfolio completion
Friday- 5 Question multiple choice quiz on this week's newscasts
